As a consequence of our experience, skill set and knowledge we have had many opportunities
to provide mentoring support to individuals within the NHS. These opportunities have mostly arisen from contact with teams
on previous contracts or ‘word of mouth’ recommendations from previous clients. Mentoring is
not a service we actively promote but is often seen by our clients as offering ‘added value’
and enhances capability to existing teams
