Sue Lothian MCSP, DMS, MBA
Director and Founder


Sue is an experienced healthcare business consultant and has a unique understanding of organisational and strategic management both in private and public healthcare in the UK. 
She also has international experience working on health care reforms working at both ministerial and local implementation level.

Sue has an extensive understanding of the development and application of business models whilst maintaining a clinical perspective in service delivery.

Previously Sue had 25 years of experience in the NHS working in all healthcare sectors both as a clinician and senior manager working at Board level.


Sue has a special interest in health service reform, the change management process and the organisational development that underpins it.

June Parry DCRR, BA, DipSS
Director and Founder


June is an experienced healthcare business consultant with a specialist understanding of implementing strategy and the exploitation of information management and business solutions. 
Her extensive clinical and management experience helps her uniquely  bridge clinical, management and technical environments.

She has extensive knowledge and experience of the operational application of business processes such as project management, service review and redesign, procurment and support systems development.

Previously June worked in the NHS for 24 years both as a clinician and senior manager operating at Board level.

June has used her comprehensive understanding of cultural and business boundaries, decision-making channels and planning process within the NHS to support organisations promote a willingness to embrace new models of healthcare and support changes in current practice.
