June is
an experienced healthcare business consultant with a specialist understanding of implementing strategy and the exploitation
of information management and business solutions. Her extensive clinical and management experience helps her uniquely bridge clinical,
management and technical environments.
She has extensive knowledge and experience of the operational application
of business processes such as project management, service review and redesign, procurment and support systems development.
Previously June worked in the NHS for 24 years both as a clinician and senior manager operating at Board level.
June has used
her comprehensive understanding of cultural and business boundaries, decision-making channels and planning
process within the NHS to support organisations promote a willingness to embrace new models of healthcare and support changes
in current practice.
